The Company is registered in Kweishan County, Taoyuan County with paid-up capital of NT$6 million.

We built our plant in Kweishan Industrial Park and most of them are in automatic production, FL and FS products are the main lines.

A NT$6 million cash capital increase was made, giving a paid-up capital of NT$12 million and procured 2 board cutting machines, 5 wooded sheet cutting machines, 3 automatic laminating machines and 2 automatic injection molding machines.

A NT$10 million cash capital increase was made, giving a paid-up capital of NT$30 million .
The increased capital was applied in procuring 4 units automatic laminating machine, 3 units automatic injection Molding Machine and 3 units Wood Sheet Cutting Machine.
During this period of time, we continued to develop Japanese market and several domestic convenient store chains.

When we participated in Foods Show in World Trade Center in June 2005, we detected many other potential domestic markets, such as lunch box, fast food, bakery, cake making, health food, Machi (Rice Cake) and all kinds of gift box, color box, packing for cosmetics, nutrient, precision electronic parts. |
